Terms and Conditions

1. The DUNS number is location-specific, and DUNS is required for the facility engaged in the manufacturing, packing, and processing the food products. If you have a separate address for the corporate office and facility, a separate DUNS number is required for each location.

2. For food facility registration DUNS is needed for the facility address. Our fee for DUNS number assistance is a $ 149 non-refundable fee, which includes the D&B and our fee.

3. FDABasics is a private consulting firm and not associated with D&B. The standard timeline for obtaining the DUNS number is 10 business days. However, this time may vary based on the D&B’s investigation.

4.Failure to provide incorrect results may result in the rejection DUNS assignment and delay the DUNS number application process. A separate fee $ 49 fee will be charged in case of application rejection due to incorrect information.

5. You agree to provide Truthful and Correct information for DUNS number application purposes.

6. You authorize FDAbasics and their associates to submit the DUNS number application on behalf of your company .

7. You confirm that you are authorized to act on behalf of the company to request the DUNS number.

8. Client agrees to assume all risk, release FDAbasics LLC officers, directors, employees, affiliates, and agents from any and all liability in connection with this product, waive all claims and will hold harmless and indemnify FDAbasics LLC and its officers, directors, employees, affiliates, and agents from any and all claims in connection with this product including but not limited to quality, safety, efficacy, regulatory non-compliance and patent infringement.

9. The DUNS number assignment time depends on the D&B. We can not guarantee timelines to get the DUNS number. Generally, it takes 10 business days to get the DUNS number. However, it may depend on the case by case.
